ENHANCING EFFICIENCY OF ENGLISH LEARNING THROUGH THE USE OF COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN THE AGE OF INDUSTRY 4.0

Abstract


In the process of learning English, students have not fully exploited the means, equipment of communications and information technology to learn this language by themselves, so it is difficult to meet practical requirements in many ways. Therefore, it is imperative to assist students in approaching and using such tools to improve the quality of self-learning in English. This article uses qualitative research methods, combined with a survey to explore and synthesize collected data. Thereby, the author outlines the results and makes assessments and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of self-learning in English for learners through the use of supportive tools of technology and communications in the new age – the age of industry 4.0.
