THE TEACHING OF LANGUAGE SKILLS WITH THE INSPIRE 3 TEXTBOOK: A CASE STUDY

The survey explored the advantages and challenges faced by teachers and students majoring in French while using the newly introduced Inspire 3 textbook in the academic year 2023-2024. The study employed a questionnaire administered to second-year students undertaking the course THT4 and teachers in charge of the classes. The results were of great contribution to the department’s understanding of the teaching and learning reality of the course using Inspire 3. The study also provided suggestions with regards to organizing and teaching approaches, aiming at assisting students to achieve the learning outcomes intended for the course TTH4
