Abstract

The Forbidden City is one of the most well-known constructions all over the world with unique architecture and complex structure. The construction built in the Ming dynasty was recognized as "World Cultural Heritage" by UNESCO in 1987. According to Chinese historical records, the leader of design and site engineering group was an An Nam architectural and construction engineer, named Nguyen An.
