Abstract

The study is about the situation of the online-offline combination to teach listening and speaking French at University of Foreign Languages and International Studies, Hue University, and the advantages and difficulties that teachers and students faced during this deployment. The main method of the study is that two questionnaires were sent to the teachers and the students who have participated in these courses in the academic year 2020-2021. The survey result showed that despite both the teachers and the students acknowledge the advantages of the online-offline combined model, its application into teaching listening and speaking French is still uncommon and rudimentary, with difficulties in infrastructure, psychology and strategy.
